Property valuation

Golden Visa

The "Golden Visa" program was launched by the Portuguese authorities in October 2012, and is a fast track for foreign investors from non-EU countries to obtain a permanent residence permit valid in Portugal, while also being able to travel freely in most European countries (Schengen Area).
